On January 24, 2026, our Association members in Northern California joined tens of thousands of pro-life supporters for the 22nd annual Walk for Life West Coast in San Francisco. College students, families, clergy, and advocates of all ages came together to defend life from its earliest moments. Throughout the peaceful procession, participants carried signs reading “Life is a human right” and “Abortion hurts women,” singing hymns and offering prayers as they walked.
“Hail Mary, full of Grace, the Lord is with you. Blessed are you among women and blest is the fruit of your womb, Jesus.”
“Save the babies.”
Additionally, our Association members hosted a Supreme Master Television table at the Info Faire, offering gift bags containing materials such as Supreme Master TV Max cards, vegan recipe books, and Supreme Master Ching Hai’s book “Love Is The Only Solution.” Videos highlighting the cost of pro-abortion misinformation were also played for attendees. Many attendees spoke about why they march for the unborn.
“It’s important to defend the sanctity of human life. And it’s also important to stand for those that can’t stand for themselves, especially be the voice of the voiceless. Babies in the womb can’t speak, they can’t talk, and I think they would like to live.”
“It’s undoubtedly a human person, not a clump of cells. There’s unique DNA at the moment of fertilization between egg and sperm, and that should be protected. The baby has the right to his or her own body. A mom has the right to her body, but a baby is a separate body, so there’s no competition and both should have equal rights.”
“My mom, she got pregnant very young with me. She was only 15 years old, and she was a single mom, so she got a lot of pressure to have an abortion. So, the reason why I’m involved in the Pro-Life movement right now is to honor her, to honor her bravery, and that decision that gave me a life. Life is the most important right. Without life, none of the other rights are important. It’s the most fundamental right.”
“I was pregnant at 15 with my daughter. And so, I love to help young women who are afraid and don’t realize how beautiful their life can end up, because being pregnant at 15, having my daughter at 16 is the best thing that’s ever happened to me.”
“The beginning of life is at the moment of conception, it’s the start of life and it’s also the greatest gift that God has given us.”
“In 2021, I became a Christian, and immediately, I knew in my heart that it was wrong to kill innocent lives. I recognized that every human being was created in the likeness and image of God — that their lives are worthy, they’re sacred, and the last thing that they deserve, or the last thing that we would have the authority to do is to murder them before they even have a moment to be born. Our brothers and sisters are being murdered in our doctor’s offices, and nobody is doing anything about it. We go day in and day out, and we ignore the fact that millions of lives are being slaughtered each year.”
“As soon as that baby is formed in the womb at the very earliest stages, that is a life. So, I think it’s really important for legislatures to also support that life, to support it on the federal level and make abortion illegal.”
“I just hope everybody defends life. The government and everybody, because we are not the ones that should choose when life ends. It’s just God. He is the one that decides when life ends because He gave us life. So, our life doesn’t belong to human beings; it belongs to God.”
“Psychologically and emotionally, a woman bonds with her own child from the very beginning, when she feels the child moving, when the hormones and the endocrine system start working to support the life of that child, she is already bonded with that child. So, a mother never gets over abortion. She may think she does, but it’s got to hurt the mother to have her own child killed within her own body.”
“We are unique each, every single being from the point of conception from down to our DNA to our traits. And we all deserve a chance to be here. And you will never regret choosing life.”
