“Chánh phù” means the righteous body, righteous government. Righteous, moral. Means correct government. I think the government of Mongolia is a real Chánh phù, Chánh phù. “Chánh” also means positive, in Âu Lac (Vietnam). And in the opposite, we call “tà.” “Chánh tà” means positive and negative. So, “Chánh phù” should be like that. Should be working for the positive power, working in the positive direction. And to lead people, to guide people into the correct, righteous direction.
