Superhuman strength refers to rare instances where individuals demonstrate extraordinary physical power, often during life-threatening emergencies. These feats, known as “hysterical strength,” include accounts of people lifting cars to save others, showcasing the human body’s incredible capabilities in extreme scenarios.Wim Hof (vegetarian), known as “The Iceman,” has demonstrated his ability to withstand extreme cold weather conditions and has achieved some incredible feats over the years, such as running a half marathon above the Arctic Circle, climbing some of the highest mountains in the world only wearing shorts, and giving lectures and speeches in a container filled with ice cubes. Hof emphasizes that the human body is capable of immense strength, endurance, and healing. His training methods include breathing techniques, cold exposure training, and meditation to train the mind to achieve greater clarity and overcome challenges.Dr. Joe Dispenza has also achieved remarkable feats. After being hit by a truck while cycling and breaking six vertebrae, he faced the possibility of never walking again. Instead of opting for surgery and remaining bedridden, Dr. Dispenza spent hours each day practicing visualization techniques, and within 11 weeks, he fully recovered from his injuries. Intuition enables individuals to make decisions or solve problems quickly, seemingly bypassing logical analysis. Some can read minds, while others know when something terrible is about to happen, often avoiding disastrous situations without explanation. Hyperthymesia, or Highly Superior Autobiographical Memory (HSAM), is a rare ability that allows individuals to recall nearly every detail of their life experiences with extraordinary precision. Unlike general good memory, hyperthymesia focuses specifically on autobiographical events, enabling people to remember exact dates and intricate details from their past. Many people have experienced out-of-body experiences (OBEs), which occur when individuals perceive themselves as separate from their physical bodies, often viewing their surroundings from an external perspective. These experiences can happen spontaneously or be triggered by factors such as meditation or near-death experiences. Common descriptions include sensations of floating and observing one’s body from above. These are just some unexplainable phenomena that seem impossible to the mind and cannot be explained by science. Time and time again, we see how meditation, self-contemplation, and the power of positive thought enable us to perform tasks that initially seem impossible. While science begins to understand some of the superhuman abilities we are capable of, many phenomena remain unexplained. What we do know is that ancient practices, such as the Quan Yin method of meditation, help us to connect with our True Selves and unlock abilities and talents we never knew we had. As it is said in the Bible, “Seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and His Righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you.” – Matthew 6:33
