Are you enjoying a plethora of indoor plants at home? If so, here is a handy tip for you! Most common houseplants in the philodendron, monstera, pothos, and syngonium families require some form of bright but indirect light to thrive. Although this sounds simple, it can be tricky. If there’s too much direct light, it can scorch leaves. In contrast, too little or indirect light can cause your plants to be wilted or even “leggy” since they’re trying to reach for light. If you don’t have access to west or east-facing windows with areas of shade, opt for desk lamps. Simply replace their standard bulbs with growing-light bulbs, which are now available in standard socket sizes. Ideally, you should select a lamp featuring articulating arms that can be placed directly over plants to allow you to adjust the arms when the plants grow, as well as help provide more concentrated light.

Now, it’s time to hop in the giggle vehicle and roll with the joke of the day. It’s called “Baby Power.”

A husband and wife took their infant to the movie theater. The usher noticed their sleeping son and said:

“You are welcome to bring the baby in, but the policy is if he starts to cry, you’ll have to leave the theater. But you can ask for your money back.”

Thirty minutes into the film, the husband whispers to his wife:

“What do you think of the movie so far?”

“I’m not really enjoying it, honey.”

“I agree. Should we wake the baby?”

And now we have a heartline from Theodore in Canada
