In a small bowl, add 10 grams (2 tablespoons) of lime zest from two limes, 80 milliliters (1/3 cup) of lime juice, 60 milliliters (1/4 cup) of agave nectar, and 60 milliliters (1/4 cup) of extra-virgin organic olive oil. Next, take a fork or a small whisk to stir everything together until it’s completely combined. Then sprinkle in 1.5 grams (1/4 teaspoon) of salt and 0.5 grams (1/8 teaspoon) of freshly ground pepper to taste and whisk everything again to combine.
