I want to say I started bodybuilding in 2012, when I first went vegan, during that transition being vegan, and then moving into the sport of bodybuilding. So, with that said, even other competitors saw me, how much muscularity I had and how I was doing it, they would just ask, “Man, how do you get the protein?” And I would just tell them, there’re some primary sources of protein like tofu, tempeh, seitan, and then you got your protein powders. And then everything else that I consume has protein in it as well, like fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts and seeds.
