Pawsitive Progress: Part 6 of a Multi-part Series: Dignified Treatment of Greyhound-People

So, this program came about through my own experience with a therapy dog program and realizing that greyhounds are just perfect for the role. They have the perfect temperament, and they really love meeting new people. It makes you happy? Oh yeah, yeah. And they’re so human, they’re beautiful. I’ve always loved animals, and it’s lovely to see them. We see people who’ve been essentially non-verbal, you know speaking their only sentence for the week when the dog comes to visit.
