The Application of a Higher Universal Consciousness to Daily Living

My spiritual life, from meditation along with veganism, helps me to improve my love. By increasing love through spiritual practice, it helps me to better work with other souls and understand them. Through meditation, our inner state gets changed. Meditation is the foundation of all religions and spiritual practices. When we are meditating, we connect directly to the universal conscious. When we constantly communicate with the universal conscious, we become wiser and full of positive energy, the energy vibrations from the universal conscious clean, heal and nurture our body and mind. So, we become healthier, happier, more loving and more peaceful.
