The Stanford Inn by the Sea's Victory Gardens for Peace: Model Vegan Organic Farming, Part 2 of 2

The Victory Gardens for Peace, a mini-farm located at the Stanford Inn by the Sea resort, California, USA, is a small-scale vegan organic farm that is a joint project between the resort and Ecology Action, an environmental non-profit organization. This mini-farm demonstrates the concept of biointensive agriculture. Matt Drewno, the Victory Gardens for Peace’s manager, and an Advanced Level Biointensive Farmer Teacher, will expand on the eight key principles of “Grow Biointensive Sustainable Mini-Farming.” The system now enjoys widespread practice and has been used in over 130 countries, and almost every climate and soil type.
