Incorporating moss into your garden can offer numerous benefits. Moss possesses air-purifying qualities, absorbing carbon dioxide and pollutants like nitrogen oxide and converting them into nutrients. Its dense structure inhibits weed growth, thus preserving the cleanliness of your outdoor area. Furthermore, moss acts as a natural sponge, retaining water and preventing rapid evaporation, thereby maintaining moisture levels beneficial for plant growth. By introducing moss into your planters, you can reduce the need for frequent watering. Start by simply gathering moss from your garden or property and spreading it over the soil in your potted plants.

One time, I came to visit my father. He was severely affected by gout; his limbs were swollen by uric acid. He was 90 years old but had not gone through a day without wine and animal-people meat. Indeed, humans are so ignorant! I brought my father home so I could take care of him.
